Kakavas Konstantinos – Lecturer
Kakavas Konstantinos works as a full time faculty member (Lecturer) in the newly established Environment Department, at University of 
Thessaly. He holds his Bsc, Msc and PhD diploma from different Universities in Greece. His specialization is on environmental quality and human health. Konstantinos worked for a small period in Organic chemistry in Osaka Japan. His scientific interests are: water quality, artificial aging of spirits, polyphenols, environmental biotechnology, biochemistry, environmental quality and chromatography applications. Konstantinos holds an international patent for innovative mark spirit product.
