He holds his Bsc, Msc and PhD diploma from different Universities in Greece. His specialization is on environmental quality and human health. Konstantinos worked for a small period in Organic chemistry in Osaka Japan. His scientific interests are: water quality, artificial aging of spirits, polyphenols, environmental biotechnology, biochemistry, environmental quality and chromatography applications.
