Uninsured undergraduate and postgraduate students and doctoral candidates are entitled, according to the circular from the Ministry of Education, Religious Affairs & Sports, to full medico-pharmaceutical and hospital care in the National Health System (NHS) with coverage of the relevant costs by the National Organisation for the Provision of Health Services (EOPYY).
