Faraslis Ioannis -EDIP
Dr Ioannis N. Faraslis is an environmentalist currently working as researcher and technical Staff at Department 
of Environmental Science, University of Thessaly. He was researcher and technical staff at the Department of Planning, Urban and Regional Development, University of Thessaly-Greece, from the period 1998 to 2019. He has more than two decades of experience in the field of rural areas (environment) analysis using Remote Sensing and GIS techniques. Particularly he works on: geodatabase multi-criteria analysis, satellite image interpretation & classification methods, aerial mapping with Drones, 3D mapping, etc. He has participated in a large number of research projects (more than 25) and co-authored in ten peer reviewing publications.
